This Shipping Policy is provided by GWEN Beauty Co. (hereinafter “GWEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We process orders within 1-4 business days Monday to Friday. Monogrammed items take up to 14 business days. All orders ship from Monroeville, AL USA.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free standard shipping on all orders over $95. Shipping is calculated pre-tax and after sale items have been reduced and/or discount coupon codes have been applied.

Delivery times are estimated after shipping and based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Standard Shipping:
We ship to all 50 states within the US including PO Boxes. Signature required on orders $500 or more.
Expedited Shipping:
Orders must be placed by 12PM CT to be shipped the same business day. If order is placed after 12PM CT, it will not ship until the next business day. 2-Day Shipping means the package will be received within 2 business days once the item is shipped as defined by UPS/FedEx. The day the order is shipped does not count towards the 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. Packages do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Signature required on orders $500 or more. Expedited shipping available to all 50 US States. Not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.

Monogrammed Orders
Standard Shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, it will be ready to ship within 14 business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays.
Expedited Shipping: If your order is successfully submitted before 8AM CT on business days (Monday-Friday), then we will work hard to get your order packed and shipped out to you within 1 week. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. This will delay the rest of the items in your order.
GWEN Beauty Co. is not responsible for: Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx; If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address; Lost, damaged, misdelivered, or packages marked as delivered.
