Fine hair benefits from the reduced tension and lighter weight versus a traditional bath towel.
10 to 20 minutes is enough for most hair types to move from soaking wet to damp, ready for air drying or styling. The goal is not to fully dry your hair in the towel. It is to remove excess water passively so your hair spends less time saturated, and less time under heat if you blow dry.
